Reservations are required for all adventures with us. Please complete the reservation form to make a reservation or to submit an inquiry. You can also call us at (802-310-4427) for information or to make your reservations. Reservations are taken on a space available basis. We will confirm reservations by email within 3 days of receiving them.

Backpacking reservations confirmed within 30 days of your departure date will be required to be paid in full when the reservation is confirmed.

A Deposit is REQUIRED for Backpacking Trips

• Backpacking reservations confirmed within 30 days of your departure date will be required to be paid in full when the reservation is confirmed.
• Hikeu requires a 50% deposit to reserve your backpacking adventure. The balance must be paid 14 days prior to your departure.
• You can pay by check or cash. We also accept Visa and MasterCard, but will assess a 3% processing fee. We will be happy to take your credit card information over the phone.
• Your deposit must be received no later than 10 days after booking a trip or your reservation will be cancelled.

Canceling A Reservation

• Cancellations more than 30 days in advance of your trip date will result in forfeiture of 25% of the cost of your trip.
• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days in advance of your trip date will result in forfeiture of 50% of the cost of your trip.
• Cancellations LESS than 14 days in advance of your trip date will result in no refund.
• Money forfeited may not be applied to any outstanding balances.

Hikeu Day Hiking Reservation/Cancellation Policies

• A credit card number is required to reserve a day hike.
• The total amount due can be paid upon arrival by cash, check or credit card
• Cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of departure will result in forfeiture of 50% of the cost of your hike.

Transferring Reservations
All reservations are transferable to another person, and/or another date, if the date is open. We will do our best to accommodate you.
